1. Coordinate the company's human resources:
-Revise and improve the design of the company's organizational structure, integrate and optimize the company's human resources;
-Be responsible for overall planning of recruitment management system;
-Establish and improve the management system related to employee vocational training; Supervise the training specialist to formulate, report and implement the implementation of pre job, post adaptability and other vocational training plans organized by the group;
-In combination with the actual work, supervise the implementation of performance appraisal, and be responsible for reviewing the monthly salary;
-Supervise the training of the company.
2. Overall administrative management:
-Be responsible for formulating and improving the company's internal management system and various management systems;
-Responsible for supervising administrative reception and other daily administrative work.
3. Overall supervision and management:
-Review the project progress plan and check the actual progress on site;
-Participate in the technical disclosure of various projects of the project, and play the role of organizing discussion, feedback and formal reporting for the actual design changes and construction changes;
